From 1992 to 2005 he served at the Regina Elena National Cancer Institute, first as a researcher then as director of the UOC of Clinical Pathology. Director of Dept. Advanced Biotechnology and Bioimaging,IRCCS San Raffaele Pisana, Rome from 2005 to 2013. He is currently scientific coordinator of BioBIM® (Multidisciplinary BiobankInterinstitutional) and BioDAT (BiomarkerDiscovery and Advanced Technologies) Laboratory, IRCCS San Raffaele, Rome. Full Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Clinical Molecular Biology at San Raffaele University Rome. Prof. Guadagni has been/is P.I. of numerous Research Projects funded by Italian Institutions (A.I.R.C., CNR, P. F. A.C.R.O., P.F. Ministry of Health, MERIT, PO-FESR and PON).
