Doctor of Medicine and Specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine. A scientific collaborator for IRCCS San Raffaele and the Institute of Sports Medicine and Science in Rome, Dr. Gismondi is involved in the prescription and administration of exercise, particularly resistance training, as prevention and therapy of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
