The Synaptic Immunopathology Laboratory has two rooms at IRCCS San Raffaele Rome Labs 40. The laboratory is equipped to conduct research in the areas of cell biology (microglia; lymphocytes), molecular biology (PCR; Digital), and to perform biochemical (WB; Luminex) and immunofluorescence/confocal studies. It is also equipped with 1 electrophysiology set-up to make in vitro patch-clamp recordings. Animal model studies are carried out in agreement with the University of Rome Tor Vergata at which there is an animal experimentation enclosure.
