TheIntensive Rehabilitation Unit, which is accredited with the National Health System, admits patients in a vegetative state or minimally conscious state due to severe acquired brain injury from acute wards such as Resuscitation, Neurosurgery etc.. or High Intensity Neurorehabilitation (code 75).
Patients with severe degenerative neurological syndromes with high care complexity are also admitted.
