The High Maintenance Cores of the San Raffaele di Flaminia facility are accredited with the Regional Health System and accommodate, temporarily or permanently, non-self-sufficient people, including the elderly, offering them health and welfare services for maintenance and functional recovery.
Reception is for both men and women, with the possibility of accommodating married couples as well.
Amultidisciplinary team is in place, consisting of the doctor in charge, attending physician, nurses, social health workers (OSS), occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, psychologist and social worker.
For each guest there is an Individualized Care Plan (IAP) prepared by the multidisciplinary team based on specific needs and complete with educational-rehabilitation and recreational programs aimed at maintaining and improving their abilities.
