The High Maintenance cores of RSA San Raffaele in Trevignano welcome, temporarily or permanently, non-self-sufficient people, including the elderly, offering them health and care services for maintenance and functional recovery.
Reception is for both men and women, with the possibility of accommodating married couples as well.
Amultidisciplinary team is in place, consisting of the doctor in charge, attending physician, nurses, social health workers (OSS), occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, psychologist and social worker.
For each guest there is an Individualized Care Plan (IAP) drawn up by the multidisciplinary team based on their specific needs and complete with educational, rehabilitative and recreational programs aimed at maintaining and improving their abilities.
The facility carries out care activities through continuous (24-hour) medical and nursing care, always attentive to all the needs of the guest with which it is possible to ensure the optimization of the quality of life of each resident.
Play therapy, ROT (reality orientation therapy) and occupational therapy are also conducted.
The RSA, in addition, is equipped with:
- neuromotor rehabilitation gym
- local occupational therapy.
