DSA Certification

DSA certification is a document attesting to the presence of a specific learning disorder and occurs through 2 outpatient accesses:

1. SPEECH EVALUATION

Bookable every Thursday with Drs. Angelini, Ravoni and Acquaviva on a rotating basis

2. PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT with administration of cognitive test + NEUROPSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION.

Bookable on Mondays with Dr. Giulitti or Dr. Sozio + Dr. Macchione

Or on Thursdays with Dr. De Gasperis or Dr. Evetovic + Dr. Lucibello

The age for certification is from age 7 (second semester of second grade) to age 16 (second year of high school). Younger patients who contact the CUP due to school difficulties should be referred for NPI visit.

In case of certification performed with the SSN, patients will have to submit 3 prescriptions:

1) 94.01.1 – ADMINISTRATION OF INTELLIGENCE TESTS.

2) 89.7 – NEUROPSYCHIATRIC SPECIALIST EXAMINATION.

3) 94.02.1 – SUMMMINISTRATION OF MEMORY TESTS Implicit, explicit, short- and long-term memory
