Collection of Reports

The reports are delivered at the same time as the service is performed.

Reports that are not delivered at the same time as the examination can be picked up Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

A service is also in place that allows patients who request it during admission to receive their laboratory test results via email.

Proxy

Patients may delegate another person to pick up referrals by filling out a proxy, to which a photocopy of a valid ID must be attached.

Online Reports

Radiology reports online is the 24-hour service that allows users to view and print their Radiology exam results directly from home or from cell phones and smartphones.

The service is free of charge and aimed at facilitating relationships with patients and physicians in the area.

A patient who performs a radiological examination at St. Raphael’s facilities can request, at the time of admission, the information to use the online referral service.
