Ritiro Referti

The reports are delivered at the same time as the service is performed.

Reports that are not delivered at the same time as the examination can be picked up Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to noon.

A service is also in place that allows patients who request it during admission to receive their laboratory test results via email.

Patients may delegate another person to pick up referrals by filling out a proxy, to which a photocopy of a valid ID must be attached.

Online Reports

Radiology reports online is the 24-hour service that allows users to view and print their Radiology exam results directly from home or from cell phones and smartphones.

The service is free of charge and aimed at facilitating relationships with patients and physicians in the area.

A patient who performs a radiological examination at St. Raphael’s facilities can request, at the time of admission, the information to use the online referral service.

How to use the service
To take advantage of the service, just follow these simple steps:

Enter your social security number and the password on the accompanying form provided during acceptance.
Use one of the buttons present to:
View/print the report

Downloading an ISO image for creating a cd-patient

Send a link, via email, to their treating physician who will be authorized to view the patient’s exams via a code communicated to him or her by the patient

N.B. Adobe Reader 7 or later version is required to view the reports.

There is also a Qr Code (QR Code) on the referral pickup form for fast and free access.
