CME TRAINING.

A health care organization is capable of meeting the health needs of its end users (citizens) only if it has first met the needs of its internal users (professionals).

(Organizational Self-Diagnosis of a CME Provider, The 24-hour Health Sun).

TheIRCCS San Raffaele Training Center represents a real “engine” for the activation of Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses for both the professional qualification of its internal and external practitioners.
The first step that distinguishes the organization of training courses is the detection of the training needs of operators (Training Needs Questionnaire).
Indeed, the goal is to organize ad hoc Training Plans for staff based on the needs of individual professionals and those of departments for the continuous improvement of clinical care and rehabilitation activities.
Better patient care is also and above all achieved through the qualification of our practitioners.
TheIRCCS San Raffaele Training Center is a National CME Provider with recognition by the National Commission for Continuing Education (Identification Code 1449), as a qualified facility in the field of continuing health care education. It is therefore empowered to carry out training activities recognized as eligible for CME, directly identifying and awarding training credits to participants.
Courses are delivered in both residential and FAD (distance learning) modes.

A conference room with more than 150 seats is available at the IRCCS San Raffaele headquarters.

The training offerings can be viewed within the accredited platform
IRCCS SAN RAFFAELE CME Training
where it will be possible to register for available courses, after account registration.
