MODE OF HOSPITALIZATION IN RSA

Download the unique transfer request form*.

*Tosupplement and clarify, please note that the “single form for transfer request” constitutes the only document validated by the Lazio Region (Annex A) and therefore is the only form to be used for the request for admission to Post Acute Care Intensive Rehabilitation Cod 56.

It seems clear that requests for admission to DH (Day Hospital), i.e., day hospitalization in Post Acute Care Intensive Rehabilitation Cod. 56, should also be formalized by the GP on that form.

WAITING LIST.

San Raffaele Rocca di Papa has four Inpatient Operating Units: two Long Term Medical Rehabilitation and one Assisted Living Residence (A.H.R.).

It then manages four waiting lists. Their training and maintenance is based on: clinical appropriateness and request history. For RSA, there is a third fundamental parameter, which is the clearance of the patient’s intake by the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Unit of Territorial competence.

The average waiting times are as follows:

  • Long-term medical rehabilitation: days 4.5;
  • RSA: 12.91 days;

The Facility is also equipped with a licensed Laboratory Analysis and Radiology for Externals. Part of the activity of the analytical laboratory is contracted with the SSR.

Requests for Radiology and Laboratory Analysis are generally processed within the same day.
