How to Reach Us

The San Raffaele Viterbo Rehabilitation Center is located about 1,800 meters from Porta Romana, in the vicinity of the Viterbo Center, at Km. 79.900 of the Cassia-Bis.

  • By car:
    Autostrada del Sole: exit Orte then Orte-Viterbo freeway
    From Rome and Siena: State Road Cassia-Bis
    From Terni and Perugia: Highway E45

 

  • By public transportation:
    From Orte (meeting point of rail lines from Florence, Rome, Ancona): local FS trains via Montefiascone-Attigliano or Shuttle bus to Viterbo.
    From Rome: small train (Via Ostiense-Trastevere) or Cotral trains Roma Nord railway from Piazzale Flaminio

Hospitalization

St. Raphael Viterbo offers inpatient care at the Residential, Semiresidential, and Outpatient levels.

Residential and semi-residential modes of admission:

The facility receives a request for hospitalization by phone or email, mostly from ASL, but also from private citizens or other entities.

A case-specific report will be requested before conducting an initial cognitive interview mostly at the facility.

Subsequently, the specific case will be evaluated by a multidisciplinary team that will make a decision on the feasibility of eventual admission according to the time frame established by the waiting list.

NEEDED FOR HOSPITALIZATION

In the case of hospitalization, upon admission to the facility, the User must provide the following documentation

  • Identity Document
  • Health Card
  • Clinical documentation including previous admissions to other hospitals and copies of recent examinations
  • Authorization for hospitalization issued by the relevant ASL.
  • Any documentation, from the court, regarding the appointment of support administrators or guardians.
