The facility, accredited with the Regional Health Service, provides care for individuals who, while not requiring hospitalization, need continuous specialized and comprehensive health care and cannot be adequately cared for at home.
Rosa del Marganai provides: medical and nursing care,rehabilitative care, help with daily activities, entertainment and socialization activities, hotel, restaurant, laundry, and cleaning services.
Guests of the facility, moreover, can count on special attention to the customization of their rooms and the non-existence of architectural barriers: the common space is usable by all guests in order to improve socialization and quality of life.

In the RSA there is an Integrated Day Care Center (IDC), a semiresidential facility, intermediate level between home care and residential care.
