San Raffaele Scientific Hospitalization and Treatment Institute, accredited with the SSN – National Health System, is aleading healthcare facilityin the field of Rehabilitation and a landmark in Research and in the national healthcare landscape. The Institute specializes in Rehabilitation and is able to offer care support to individuals of all ages.

Here patient care, supported by the best specialized knowledge and complemented by a multidisciplinary approach, is supported byongoing Research aimed at improving and personalizing care.

The integration of care and research is the organization’s strength, which finds its greatest expression in the 14 research laboratories of the San Raffaele Research Institute. Where an intense and qualified research activity in the field of Rehabilitation is carried out in collaboration with numerous Italian and foreign researchers.

At St. Raphael you will find the most advanced diagnostic technologies with the highest quality images for increasingly effective diagnosis.

IRCCS San Raffaele has 298 beds, part of which are inpatient for the most complex clinical cases and part in Day Hospital.

Inpatients can rely on a range of care services such as laboratory analysis, ultrasound examinations, MRI and occupational therapy. Outpatients (not inpatients), can take advantage of a considerable number of outpatient services. Research is one of the founding elements of IRCCS San Raffaele: the facility carries outintensive and qualified research in the field of rehabilitation thanks to the support of a modern Research Center and the collaboration of numerous Italian and foreign researchers. Attention to the comfort of the environments, accompanied by the efficiency of the staff and the use of the latest technology, are the tools through which a single goal is pursued at IRCCS San Raffaele: the health and well-being of the patient.
